Booking Guest and Registered Guest Requirement: The person associated with the Airbnb reservation must comply with Airbnb's account and booking requirements. If the person making or managing the reservation will not be staying at the property, any booking on behalf of another traveler must be completed using Airbnb's approved booking-permission process. The condo is professionally cleaned before each arrival. We do not provide daily housekeeping or mid-stay cleaning. We provide a starter supply of basic items, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, and similar essentials. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind inside of the condo, common areas of the building or patio. If smoke is detected a $250 fine will be imposed for smoke removal and you will be subject to eviction. Additional charges may be incurred if reconditioning is required. No pets are permitted.
