We provide a starter supply of basic items, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, and similar essentials. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind inside of the condo, common areas of the building or patio. If smoke is detected a $250 fine will be imposed for smoke removal and you will be subject to eviction. Additional charges may be incurred if reconditioning is required. No pets are permitted.
